What We Are Doing
Health
We design and implement programs that promote the health and well-being of adolescents and young people. Our interventions focus on menstrual health and hygiene, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and survivor support, HIV awareness, and mental health.
Human-centered Development
We empower adolescents and young people through mentorship, leadership development, capacity-building workshops, and the TFT Conference, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive and lead positive change.
Economic Strengthening
We promote financial literacy, encourage a culture of saving, and support economic empowerment initiatives that strengthen the resilience and livelihoods of young people.
Peace Building
We work with communities, adolescents, and young people to promote peaceful coexistence, strengthen social cohesion, prevent conflict, and build resilient communities through dialogue, awareness, and capacity building.
Education
We provide comprehensive education and training for adolescents and young people, both in and out of school, on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), gender-based violence (GBV), and other essential life skills. We also develop engaging digital educational content to reach wider audiences.
Climate
We empower women and young people to actively participate in climate action, advocate for climate justice, and engage in climate decision-making processes within their communities.
