My Healthy Choice Project is a 5-month project that empowered women and youth through SRHR education, GBV support, family planning, and hygiene awareness in Bachure communities

Key Achievements

• Successfully implemented structured SRHR awareness sessions across four key streets within Bachure communities.
• Delivered targeted community sensitization activities using educational materials to improve understanding of SRHR, GBV prevention, and hygiene practices.
• Strengthened community knowledge on reproductive health, contributing to improved attitudes toward family planning and responsible health behaviors.
• Provided a safe space for discussions on GBV and survivor support, encouraging openness and community-driven healing.
• Ensured systematic monitoring through attendance records and visual documentation to enhance accountability and learning.

Number Reached

• 30 participants per street × 5 streets = 150 total participants
• Directly reached 150 individuals across Bachure communities (August–November cycle)
• Participants included women, youth, and GBV survivors engaged in structured SRHR and wellbeing sessions.
