Today for Tomorrow Initiative (TFT) began with a simple, urgent belief: adolescents and young people deserve the knowledge, opportunities, and support to make informed decisions and shape the future of their communities. What started as a grassroots response has grown into a youth and women-led organization implementing community-driven interventions across multiple states in Nigeria, serving adolescents, young women, persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and underserved communities. Our strength is our youth-led approach. Many of the people designing and implementing our programs are young people with lived experience of the realities we work in, proof that when young people are trusted with leadership, they become powerful agents of transformation. Through TFT Skill Hub, we’re also expanding access to practical skills, mentorship, and professional development for young people. None of this happens alone. It takes communities, partners, volunteers, staff, and young leaders working together.
