Our Innovations

MENSTRUAL CARD GAME

MENSTRUAL CARD GAME

The TFT Menstrual Card Innovation is an interactive educational tool designed to bridge the communication gap around menstruation at home, in schools, and within communities. Comprising 60 discussion cards per pack, it serves as an accessible tool to initiate and support open dialogue, improve awareness, and normalize menstrual health conversations among adolescents, boys, and caregivers. The game encourages open conversations, challenges myths, and promotes menstrual health awareness by creating a safe and engaging space for learning.

MENSTRUAL CALENDAR

MENSTRUAL CALENDAR

The TFT Menstrual Calendar is a simple and practical tool designed to help girls and young women track their menstrual cycles, predict upcoming periods, and better understand their reproductive health. By recording menstrual dates, users can monitor their cycle patterns, prepare for their next period, and identify any irregularities that may require attention. The calendar bridges the gap in menstrual tracking and preparedness by providing girls with an easy way to manage their menstrual health, improve personal planning, and build confidence in understanding their bodies.
